National Assisted Living Week kicked off September, starting with Grandparents’ Day. The celebration continued with dress-up days, resident and staff picnics, and ice cream treats from the Vesperman Farms ice cream truck from Lancaster. We so appreciate the folks who live in our assisted living and memory care residences and the dedicated staff members who support them! Apartment tenants spent a beautiful fall day at Sutter's Ridge Farm in Mount Horeb, saw “Come From Away” at The Fireside Theatre in Fort Atkinson and took another trip to the Dells – this time for brunch at Paul Bunyan’s Cook Shanty and a ride on the Original Wisconsin Ducks.
