The May calendar was chock-full of amazing activities, as usual! Assisted living folks donned fancy hats and enjoyed Mint Juleps for the annual Kentucky Derby celebration, and sombreros and margaritas were on tap for Cinco de Mayo. There were lovely gatherings for Mother’s Day across the campus, and St. James Catholic School students sang for Mass and spent time in the assisted living and memory care residences. The bus was on the move, taking assisted living folks to Olbrich Gardens, memory care folks to Bailey’s Run Vineyard in New Glarus and apartment folks to The Fireside Theatre; and a “reconnect” social was held to visit with friends who’ve moved to other living options on the campus.
