December was filled to the brim with holiday fun! It started with our annual Lighting the Way Advent program with volunteers Beth and Rita. It’s such a special way to get focused on the real Reason for the Season. Then it was time to decorate, and there were lots of helping hands to get the campus looking beautiful. Folks frosted Christmas cookies together and had a cookie exchange, and took bus trips to see all the holiday lights. Sing-a-longs, parties, catered dinners and visits from jolly old St. Nick were highlights, as well as precious visits from groups of all ages who shared carols, poems, handmade cards, gifts and smiles. The month ended with a New Year’s Eve party with harp music and a champagne toast. Heartfelt thanks to everyone who made the season so special, and here’s to continued Spirited Senior Living in 2026!
