Residents on the All Saints campus participated in lots of wonderful activities throughout November. Assisted living and memory care residents did lots of baking, making items like pumpkin pie, pizza, and candied pecans. They also partnered with the Triangle Community Ministry and decorated “flu bags” that will be filled with remedies to ease flu symptoms of people living in the Triangle Neighborhood in Madison. Men in the Senior and Main Street Apartments had a special Men’s Night and the ladies celebrated National ‘Tie One On’ Day by showing off their favorite aprons and sharing memories with one another. The Senior Apartments also had their yearly Thanksgiving party that included delicious food from Cranberry Creek and lots of great conversation. Lastly, the entire campus honored Veterans Day with a variety of different celebrations – a special breakfast, entertainment by the Monona Senior Center, and cake and punch. Heartfelt thanks to our resident veterans and all veterans for their sacrifice and service to our nation! To view photos, please click on the web album link below.
