May was full of all kinds of interesting and enjoyable events on the All Saints campus. The month started with Cinco de Mayo happy hours complete with margaritas, nachos and lots of laughs. Apartment tenants took a trip to Marquette University Campus in Milwaukee and attended Mass at the St. Joan of Arc Chapel and then had lunch at Mader’s Restaurant. We honored all mothers past and present with special celebrations and delicious food and mimosas; then assisted living residents were off to the races, having their own version of the Kentucky Derby. As the weather warmed, folks spent time planting seeds in our raised gardens and a horticulturist from Jada’s Garden in Blue Mounds demonstrated how to choose plants for creating artistic pots. And warm weather is a wonderful reason to go get ice cream, so they made a trip to The Creekside Scoop in Cross Plains for a yummy treat! To view photos, please click on the web album link below.
