What a month we had in September! National Assisted Living Week was the 7-13th so there were so many special events to recognize residents and staff! Grandparents Day kicked off the festivities, and then there was Casino Day, a trip to Henry Vilas Zoo with students from St. James Catholic School, a Mystery Adventure, a visit from the Vesperman Farms ice cream truck and a luau. Olbrich Botanical Gardens was also on the calendar, and the apartments folks toured Epic, which is always a visual adventure! Another annual tradition is the Merrimac Picnic, and the memory care folks had an amazing day eating, dancing and taking pontoon rides. To view photos, please click on the web album link below.
