So many fun days to celebrate in March! Mardi Gras brought a Dixieland Band, masks, beads and special treats, and St. Patrick’s Day brought out the green all over! There were trips to local restaurants and museums in Fort Atkinson and Brodhead, plus a very interesting presentation by Cave of the Mounds staff members. March is National Nutrition Month, so Wellness Coordinator Kaden shared healthy snacks with assisted living folks and a “Kooking with Kaden” class with apartment tenants. Thanks to the students from St. Ambrose Academy for helping with deep cleaning tasks and then spending social time with folks, and to the Men of Blackhawk Church for their impromptu concert.
