All Saints recently welcomed Justin Athey to the newly created position of Wellness Coordinator for the Neighborhood.  Justin is a certified personal trainer and wellness coach with a degree in Physical Education and Health Promotion.  He also has the unique experience of being a professional dance instructor, which has added extra excitement to the Neighborhood.

Not only are residents exercising at All Saints, they’re having fun doing it!  Justin is offering classes like Chair Yoga; Core Stability and Balance; Ballroom Basics; Aerobics and Weights; and Build and Burn, which provide a variety of fitness levels and programming so there’s something for everyone.
